Added and fixed a few things

This update will like be the last update Avoid Avalanches gets. The update pretty much fixes and adds everything that I wanted to be in it, and all around makes it a lot better experience. 

- fixed game restart you no longer need to reload the page in order to play again.

- added very small coyote time to bear + roar animation

- added death animation for when player is attacked by bear
